1.2 Our registered company number is 11038747. We are VAT registered, with number 291 9848 46.

1.3 We have a network of websites and services all of which are wholly owned by us. We trade under the name Elegance Rugs.

1.4 We, Elegance Decor Ltd, are the owner and operator of this website and, for the purposes of the Data Protection Legislation, we are the data controller.

6. Personal Data Retention

We will not keep your personal information for any purpose for longer than is strictly necessary and will only retain the personal information that is necessary in relation to the purpose. We are also required to retain certain information as required by law or for as long as is reasonably necessary to meet regulatory requirements, resolve disputes, prevent fraud and abuse pursuant to our terms and conditions.

Automatic removal of all online personal information from our database is maintained in accordance with the retention policy below:

  • Failed orders: 6 Months
  • Cancelled orders: 6 Months
  • Completed orders: 3 Years
  • Stripe Data: 3 Years
